Yep, Brit's done it again!

Yep, Britney's done it again. According to Billboard.com Britney Spears...

"...becomes just the second artist in the Billboard Hot 100's 52-year history to debut multiple songs at No. 1, as Hold It Against Me blasts in at the summit."

Britney now has four of her singles to debut at #1 - Baby One More Time (1999), Womanizer (2008), 3 (2009) and of course, Hold It Against Me. The only other artist to achieve this feat is Mariah Carey with her hits Fantasy (1995), One Sweet Day (1995) and Honey (1997).

Well done Brit!

Locally, Hold It Against Me debuted at #10 on the ARIA Singles Chart, with an expected jump into the top five this weekend. Will Brit achieve a #1 hit against in Australia...? - not at this stage, but let's see what happens when the video and a further EP is released.
