Clarkson, who was in Australia last week promoting her new material, has ascended from 12-1 with her latest single. The Esther Dean co-penned track knocks off the Gotye / Kimbra collaboration Somebody That We Used To Know from the coveted top spot on the ARIA Singles Chart.
The Texan superstar was in town promoting the track on various TV spots and live coverage, including the NRL Grand Final. In hitting the #1 spot Clarkson beat her previous single peak of #3 with Since U Been Gone, from 2004.
Australia is the first country to award Mr Know It All with the acolade, with the single currently peaking at #18 in the US and #24 in Canada.
The track is taken from Clarkson's fifth studio album Stronger, which will be released 21 October worldwide. You can also listen to the studio version of What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger), which Clarkson premiered online last week.
