ABOVE & BEYOND PREMIERE VIDEO FOR "ALCHEMY"

Trance legends Above & Beyond have premiered the video for "Alchemy," the seventh (!) single to be lifted from their studio album "Group Therapy." The track features Zoë Johnston on vocals.

Following on from the appearance of Steven Berkoff in the last video for "On My Way To Heaven" the band have cast Hollywood actress Mackenzie Firgens, the star of classic clubbing movie Groove (with John Digweed) and the brand new Butcher Brothers film The Thompsons. The video is directed by Jonas Mayabb, a previous double winner of the prestigious Young Director Award.

VIDEO PREMIERE AND REMIX PACKAGE FOR ABOVE & BEYOND'S "ON MY WAY TO HEAVEN"

Global trance masters Above & Beyond have premiered the video and revealed the remix package for their latest single "On My Way To Heaven," which features long-time collaborator Richard Bedford on vocals.

Tony McGuinness says of the clip, which features well-known actor Steven Berkoff, "Someone told me recently that the lyrics to "On My Way To Heaven" sound like a Shakespearean soliloquy set to music. It's a wonderful thought, and very flattering. So the idea of casting a well-known Shakespearean actor in the video to realise that idea was just too tempting. My first choice was Steven Berkoff - he does unhinged better than anyone - and incredibly, he said yes. It's a nightmare come true."

The remix package features mixes by Seven Lions, Lenno, Tomas Heredia and of course the boys themselves.

Last month British trance legends Above & Beyond premiered the video for their latest single "Love Is Not Enough," featuring the beautiful Zoë Johnston on vocals (which you can watch here).

English trance legends Above & Beyond have premiered the video for "Love Is Not Enough" featuring vocalist Zoë Johnston, the fifth single to be lifted from their outstanding "Group Therapy" album.

The official remix package will contain mixes from Kaskade, MRZO, Maor Levi & Bluestone and Sykro; as well as mixes by the boys themselves.

You Got To Go is the third single from UK group Above & Beyond's latest album, Group Therapy. The track features the distinctive vocals of Zoë Johnston, who has worked with the group for some time.

Following on from their smash hit, Sun & Moon, Above & Beyond release the second single from their upcoming Group Therapy album, titled Thing Called Love. The track features Richard Bedford on vocals.

Above & Beyond feat. Richard Bedford // Sun & Moon

The boys known as Above & Beyond are back with a new single and new album. The single, Sun & Moon, was leaked almost three months ago; however it's only in the last few weeks that the official video clip was released.

The uplifting vocal trance number won't displease any of A&B's fans. Featuring Richard Bedford on vocals it instantly takes you away to a dark yet comfortable place, that of which you're following the lead of this well-established group. A group who have been around since the year 2000.

Whilst the track is not new in any shape, as I mentioned above, it's only just found it's way into my music collection... and let's just say I've been enjoying it immensely. Listening to A&B still to this day reminds me my early days as a young clubber partying away at 5am... losing my mind to the likes of Kosheen, iiO, 4 Strings... oh dear...

I digress. Sun & Moon is taken from Above & Beyond's latest album, Group Therapy, to be released sometime in 2011.

Dido loses everything, Armin van Buuren remixes

I've obviously been asleep for a few months, otherwise I'm not sure how to explain how I missed this.

Dido featured on the Sex and the City 2 soundtrack with this number, Everything to Lose. Now it's not the fact that I missed this track being released, or even being produced for that matter, as it's pretty so-so. It's the fact that the one and only Armin van Buuren came along and sex'd it up a bit.

Let's face it, whilst everyone* loves Dido, her vocals seem to mesh much better against some slammin' progressive house beats. Take what Francois K did to Hunter, or what Above & Beyond did to Sand in my Shoes, or what Johnny Vicious did to Here With Me. I digress.

*everyone being ya Mum.

Everything to Lose really isn't, or wasn't, a great track 'til AvB got his hands on it. It now will find a warm little place in my current playlist, in between Tiësto's remix of The Island by Pendulum and the original mix of Take Over Control by Afrojack feat. Eva Simons. Nice.
