Canadian dance outfit Dragonette, headed by Martina Sorbara, have premiered the video for "Let It Go," the group's lead single from their upcoming third studio album, out later this year.

The video, directed by Drew Lightfoot (Dragonette's "Easy"), features Martina starring as a troubled patient in a facility, going through a variety of medical tests. Crazy? Maybe. Regardless, the track is a very welcome return to music after an almost three-year hiatus for the group (excluding their collaborations with Martin Solveig).

Watch the full clip below.

Canadian dance outfit Dragonette have returned with a new single, "Let It Go." The track is the first of new material to be lifted from the group's upcoming third studio album, due later this year.

After the global success Martina and the boys have had with Martin Solveig and his tracks "Hello" and "Big In Japan," it's now time for the electro lovers to take the main stage themselves. "Let It Go" demonstrates an easily addictive pop sound and should do well for the trio both commercially and in the clubs. Here, we love it!

Take a listen to the full track below.

"Let It Go" is currently available in the UK, with further release dates TBC (UK) [iTunes]

So we know this isn't a new Martin Solveig track, in fact, Hello was released way back in September 2010 - but somehow, someway and for some reason, Australia has only started realising that this massive club smash is brilliant!

Featuring the vocals of Canadian singer Martina Sorbara (one half of Dragonette), Hello has been riding pretty at #1 on the ARIA Club Charts for a few weeks now. As of this week Singles Chart, it also appears just outside of the top 20. Over in the UK Hello reached the top 20; and in many countries across Europe and New Zealand, top 5.
The clip is great too - it features Martin and fellow Frenchie Bob Sinclar battle a tennis match out at Rolland Garros (the famous ground of the French Open).

For me, this track reminds me a lot (of the absolutely tiny bit) of Summer we had late December / early January... everywhere I went I seemed to hear this track blazing from some speaker box. Love, love, love it.

So, how about you? Love the track as much as I do? Share your thoughts!
