[VIDEO PREMIERE] NICOLA ROBERTS "YO-YO"

After teasing us with multiple vids which include behind the scenes footage of her latest clip, Nicola Roberts releases the full video for Yo-Yo, the third single to be lifted from her acclaimed debut album, Cinderella's Eyes.

The video is directed by Freddie Helwig, who coincidentally shot all the photos as part of the album campaign (which features as single covers for Miss Roberts).

NICOLA ROBERTS DROPS COVER AND RELEASE DETAILS FOR "YO-YO"

Flame-haired beauty Nicola Roberts has dropped the single cover for Yo-Yo, the third single to be lifted from her Cinderella's Eyes album.

Roberts has confirmed that the single will receive a digital and physical release in the UK from 2 January. Both releases will include a live version of the single, as well as a demo of the album's title track.

Speaking about her new single, Roberts explained:

"The song is about being in that position with a guy when you really don't know whether you're coming or going. Being in that position can make you really vulnerable. It's the dark, desperate and doubtful side of love."

NICOLA ROBERTS CONFIRMS "YO-YO" AS THIRD SINGLE FROM "CINDERELLA'S EYES"

UK singer/songwriter Nicola Roberts has confirmed that the third single to be lifted from her debut album Cinderella's Eyes, is the fan-favourite Yo-Yo.

Roberts has confirmed that the track, co-penned by the red haired beauty, was also one of her favourites from the album. Watch an acoustic version of the song for MSN Exclusive below.

NICOLA ROBERTS COVERS "NOTION" SEPTEMBER ISSUE

Team Ginger are jumping with joy after seeing their princess of pop Nicola Roberts grace the cover of Notion Magazine this September.

On achieving global commercial success: "If I was worried about commercial success I wouldn't have worked with Diplo and Metronomy. This is the most amazing experience."

On taking risks with her music: "Maybe I'm just into weirder things. If that's what you like - that's what you like. Do you think that beat of my drum is a risk? What was the point of me putting out another pop-dance record?"

Over the weekend Girls Aloud team member Nicola Roberts premiered the video for her second solo single, the track Lucky Day.

The follow up to her single Beat Of My Drum was co-penned by Canadian outfit Dragonette, and features on Roberts' upcoming solo album Cinderella's Eyes.

LISTEN TO NEW NICOLA ROBERTS WITH "BEAT OF MY DRUM"

Ex-Girls Aloud team member Nicola Roberts has been teasing her fan base with a variety of snippets from her upcoming single, Beat Of My Drum, for some time now. Similar to Britney, Gaga and whomever else has taken on this new marketing tactic, it has caught the attention of most (so one would say it's been a successful tactic then!)

Whilst I was enjoying my long-awaited vacation Nicola debuted the full track, with complete video. For my first listen, I was pleasantly surprised. The Diplo produced track has a unique sound, simple yet impressive, and certainly slays Cheryl Cole's Promise This. Sorry Chezza, you can't help but agree.

A great offering and start to a promising solo career. Can't wait to hear more - Cinderella's Eyes, Nicola's debut album, will be released in October.
