ALEXIS JORDAN RETURNS WITH "ACID RAIN" FEAT. J COLE

US pop star Alexis Jordan has revealed "Acid Rain," the long-awaited lead single from her upcoming sophomore album. The Sia-penned, Stargate-produced track features rapper J Cole on guest vocals and samples the Bingo Players track "Rattle."

Signed to label Roc Nation, Jordan earned international success with her hits "Happiness" and "Good Girl" across 2010 and 2011.

[VIDEO PREMIERE] Beyoncé feat. J Cole / Party

As predicted earlier this week, Beyoncé has unveiled the video for her current Urban-promo single from her 4 album, the track Party. Unlike the album version which features André 3000, the single and video features US rapper J Cole.

Party is the sixth video to make it's way out of the current 4 campaign, do we expect to see more? Whilst Party is suited to the US market, I much prefer the previous two tracks to have videos published - Countdown and Love On Top.

Beyoncé drops single cover and remix for Party, featuring J Cole

After releasing a string of videos to match the various releases from her 4 album, Beyoncé drops the single cover and unveils a remix of her US Urban Chart release Party. The original album track featured Outkast's André 3000 on vocals, however the remix sees him replaced with rapper J Cole.

The video, which is expected to premiere this week, features a range of cameo appearances which include Bey's sister Solange Knowles and fellow Destiny's Child team member Kelly Rowland. Also to note, the clip was directed by Mamma Bey herself.

Mrs Jay-Z's latest digital release in Australia, Love On Top, was certified gold accreditation this week after peaking at #21 last week on the ARIA Singles Chart. It follows Run The World (Girls) and Best Thing I Never Had which have both been certified platinum in Australia.
