Nominations for the 54th Grammy Awards have been announced, with Kanye West leading with seven nods and Adele showing her stance with six nods; including album, record and song of the year.

Joining the brilliant Brit at six nods were Foo Fighters and Bruno Mars; Lil Wayne and Skrillex each received five nods and Nicki Minaj, Rihanna and Mumford & Sons rallied with four nominations.

And here's your pre-Easter remix post. The Foo Fighters returned with their seventh studio album, Wasting Time, earlier this month. From that, their lead single Rope was released. Whilst many are describing this album as "the return to the Foo's roots", there is certainly one thing that has caught my attention - and that's the Deadmau5 remix of Rope.

In true, typical Deadmau5 style he has taken Rope to another place. A beautiful place. A place of joy and darkness, all at the same time. A place of electro-house pleasure. A place that many will be over this long weekend, I'm sure.
