Last week we featured rising pop star Rita Ora, the latest lass to be signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label. The London-based starlet premiered her debut US single with her label-boss on New York's Z100 radio station, the very catchy pop gem "How We Do (Party)."

In the last twenty-four hours the blonde-haired beauty, who's threatening to take away the pop princess crown from almost all your favourites, debuted her debut UK single "R.I.P." feat. rapper Tinie Tempah. The track was penned by singer-rapper Drake and was produced by Stargate and Chase & Status.
