French DJ Junior Caldera has employed the vocal talents of Natalia Kills and label mates Far East Movement for his latest track, Lights Out.

The number, which carries Caldera's signature house melody, showcases Kills vocal talents in a fantastic house anthem - different from what we've seen displayed on her Perfectionist album. If anything, the dance-themed track suits Kills more so than the grungy indie-pop themes.

We're unsure whether this is still in demo form or what the final release will sound like, but none the less the track is a pretty great starter for new material for both Caldera and Kills.

After releasing The Fear Inside and Do It In The AM, Frankmusik is preparing for his album release by teasing us with his latest single No ID, featuring fellow label mate Colette Carr.

Listen to the track below.

Frankmusik - "No I.D." feat. Colette Carr by Interscope Records

In addition to the above I've managed to get my hands on a preview of the Do It In The AM album which gives us seven and a half minutes of pure, pop pleasure. Listening to the mix it reminds me of how outstanding Frankmusik's debut album (Complete Me) really was. I'mery, very excited about the upcoming release.

Listen to the album preview below.

May - what a month! After lots of walks along the Bondi-Coogee cliffs, on the beach, in the park... Thom has finally delivered his top tracks for the month. And, if I do say so myself, what a selection of fine material.

I swear. I've never had flashbacks like that before. Never. I've never even had a drop of alcohol. Or been to a party. Look at my halo. Innocent. Pure. Angelic. So many words to describe my inner being... my pure self. I can't relate to Frankmusik in his clip for Do It In The AM at all. Nooooooo. Never.

Very excited. Very, very excited actually. Below you get the opportunity to listen to Frankmusik's latest offering - the follow up to Fear Inside, taken off his much-anticipated second album, Do It In The AM. The single of the same name features fellow Cherrytree Records label mates - Far East Movement.

Frankmusik first came to light in 2008 with his debut single, In Step. Following he released the singles 3 Little Words and the UK top 30 hits Better Off As Two and Confusion Girl. His debut album, Complete Me, was released in 2009 and achieved a top 20 status in the UK.

All good and dandy you might say. But, for me Complete Me is one of the best musical pop offerings evah. EVAH. Big call.

So he returns! Hence the "very excited" statement earlier. Take a listen to the new track below, you like?
Whilst we wait for Frankmusik's latest digital release, do yourself a favour and purchase Complete Me online [ITUNES]

Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg seems to be following suit in taking a journey down the house music road. Following in the footsteps of a variety of hip-hip, rap and R&B stars like the Black Eyed Peas and Chris Brown; Snoop has employed the talents of David Guetta to remix his 2010 single Wet.

The single, originally produced by The Cataracs (think Like a G6 with Far East Movement), was released in December 2010 and barely made an impact on the charts, anywhere. Enter Mr Guetta and three months later we have an immediate hit. Sweat (David Guetta Remix) is currently top twenty in the UK and top ten in Australia. The track is so hot here in Oz that it was the most added track to Australian radio last week, and as we speak, it's challenging Jennifer Lopez's On The Floor for the iTunes #1 downloaded track.

The video (below) is essentially a remixed version of Snoop's original Wet video - it's full of tramps, whores and two-bit hookers. But hey, who am I to judge. In fact, I may go as far as saying I think I even like it.

Hell - anything is better than than God forsaken piece of trash aka Friday by Rebecca Black (and that my dear friends, will be the last time I mention that bloody song!)

Far East Movement; the boys that brought us the platinum #2 single in Australia, Like a G6; return with another hit (expected to hit the ARIA #20 this weekend). Rocketeer is the name of the new single, and it features guest vocalist Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic).

I actually really like this track. It's has Tedder's familiar yet beautiful/soulful vocals in the chorus, and the FEM boys elsewhere. It's a solid pop number, but I doubt it will match the global success of Like a G6. Will it be a radio hit? Probably.

What I did find surprising was that Tedder didn't contribute to the writing of the track, however another super global success - Bruno Mars - did. Nice.

Well, new-ish. 2Gether was originally released by Roger Sanchez almost a year ago. Of course the version then was an instrumental (sort of, dub mix maybe). Today, riding on the back of the success of their #1 US hit, Fly Like a G6, we add Far East Movement.

The track brings together the sexy house number we know from 2010, with the vocals of the Far East boys, to give us a new sound for the Summer airwaves. I've already heard it 'round the club scene, and I expect that to continue further. Additionally, with the vocals added it gives the track a better opportunity of being picked up by commercial radio... so let's see if that happens.

In case you haven't picked it (if you haven't you clearly need to climb out from what ever rock you've been hiding under for the last twenty years), the sample "we can get together" is taken from The B52's #1 hit, Love Shack!

Enjoy!

Climbing up the global charts faster than than Miley Cyrus can rip off her panties, Far East Movement feat. The Cataracs and Dev are really making waves with Like a G6. The track has just landed at #1 on the Billboard charts this week, and is climbing fast into the ARIA top 20 in Australia.

The group have been around since 2003 and have released five studio albums to date, however it's only now have they hit commercial success with Like a G6. The song has been on the airwaves for a few weeks, however only of late has it found it's way really implanted in my head.

If their success in the US is anything to go by, I'm predicting this'll rise to the top here as well. Keep your eyes on it. Enjoy the clip below.
